Ceramics is my chosen medium for merging utility and mental health. Our surroundings exert a profound influence on our emotional state, both positively and negatively. My hope is to provide small ways to surround yourself with objects that bring joy and gently prompt you to pause and breathe. Even if it is just a single moment of stillness each day, that small recentering can impact your life.
